Exchange & Return Policy
At Kelmac Global, we take pride in providing quality products and carefully packaged orders. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.
We do, however, accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Please note:
- No refunds will be issued.
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale.
- Items damaged due to normal wear or improper handling are not eligible for exchange.
